Mission is in the sub-tropics zone, which generally means sunshine and warmth!  Add songbird migration to the peak of butterfly season and you've got a great November getaway from almost anywhere in the United States and Canada. 

The mean temperature during the Festival is in the 70s. However, mornings can be cool (50s) and afternoons can be hot (90s +). So, the best clothing strategy is to wear layers you can strip as the temperature rises.

We recommend you bring a light jacket, windbreaker or sweatshirt, just in case, and a hat for sun. Mosquito repellant, handkerchiefs or bandanas, and sunscreen are strongly suggested.
